3. Payments and Refunds

  • Purchases for workshops, retreats, books, digital wellness memberships, and corporate services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Donations and investments in Chez Juliette Dementia Village and Savour the Moment Wellness Community are final and cannot be refunded
  • If a program is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future event

We welcome interest in investing, joint ventures, and corporate partnerships. However, engaging in these opportunities requires a separate legal agreement.

For those engaging in our online caregiver support community, we ask that you:

  • Avoid sharing sensitive personal information publicly
  • Report any concerns about inappropriate content or behavior
